Help us raise money for The Barking Lot Rescue!

We’re back!  Our next will be March 18th, 2023 at Waterfront Park Park.

This event will feature a variety of local pet and retail vendors, over 20 local breweries and some of San Diego’s best eats. Dogs can run free in designated unleashed areas that will be divided for appropriately sized dogs.  Let your dogs’ talent shine and compete in one of our pet friendly contests.  This year we will have contests for most talented and best dressed, winners will be determined by our star studded panel of judges.  This event provides you the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the San Diego Harbor, sip a cocktail, lay in a hammock or explore one of the unique activations for you and your pooch!  The day will be accompanied by 2 areas of music that will be at an appropriate volume for the animals to enjoy. Barks and Brews is the most encompassing pet friendly event San Diego has to offer, get your tickets now!

Our Charity

The Barks & Brews Beer festival is managed by Five Group for the benefit of The Barking Lot.

Check out their mission statement below:

The Barking Lot:

We’re passionate. We’re non-profit. And we’re volunteer-run. Since 2010, we’ve rescued over 5,000 dogs, finding happy homes for abandoned dogs scheduled for euthanasia at other shelters. In November 2016, we started our partnership with Soi Dog Foundation based in Thailand. We’ve rescued and flown in one group of dogs per month since, all survivors of the illegal dog meat trade. Adopt them here! Take a look at their website HERE. Adopt a puppy today!
